At Europecakes we are passionate about cake decorating. We are using only quality ingredients for our products to ensure our customers satisfaction. Our cake artist Monica has taken classes from the best names in the cake decorating industry. She was taught by Colette Peters – owner of Colette’s Cakes and featured on Food Network’s Cake Wars show.
Monica has also taken classes from Debbie Brown – a renowned cake decorator and author of numerous cake decorating books. Before starting Europecakes, Monica has created many cakes working for Alteri’s Bakery and also has taught cake decorating workshops at Jefferson Community College.
